What is your return policy?

Domestic Returns

We’re sorry your order didn’t work out. All orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, shows signs of wear, or is without original tags and packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements are accepted at the discretion of Netjewels. Upon receipt, returns are processed and refunded within 7-10 business days and confirmation will be communicated via email.

International Return Policy

We’re sorry your order did not work out. While we welcome your return, we unfortunately do not cover the cost for international return shipping. All orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, shows signs of wear, or is without original tags and packaging. You will not be refunded for importation fees. Returns that do not meet these requirements are accepted at the discretion of Netjewels. Upon receipt, returns are processed and refunded within 7-10 business days and confirmation will be communicated via email. Your financial institution may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept exchanges. If you need a different color, item or size, we recommend ordering the desired size while it is still in stock and returning the order(s) as needed. Returns that do not meet the above Domestic and International Return Policy requirements are accepted at the discretion of Netjewels. 

Final Sale

Items indicated as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange or merchandise credit. This applies to all purchases made on Netjewels.com.

Any products purchased during a promotional sale event indicated as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange or merchandise credit. Any purchases made using a promo code indicated as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange or merchandise credit. Sale offers cannot be combined with other promotions. No price adjustments on previously placed orders.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do however free shipping only applies within the US and Canada. Your order may also be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when it reaches the delivery destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We will not be liable or responsible if you do not pay any such import duties or taxes.

 How do I check the status of my order?


We send the tracking number in a shipment confirmation email when your order is processed, and you can always call the store if you need additional information.

How do I care for my Netjewels jewelry?

Netjewels jewelry is delicate and should be cared for accordingly. To extend the life of your jewelry, please follow these care instructions.

  1. Take off your jewelry before your daily rituals such as: showering, lotion, perfume, exercise, washing dishes, etc.
  2. Before bedtime, lay your jewelry out flat to avoid tangling/scratching.
  3. For necklaces, clasp the necklace when removing it to assure the chain does not tangle or knot.
